Performance Management Staff
Responsibilities:
  • To support Strategy formulation & execution at Corporate & Division level
  • To support Risk Management Committee & Capital Budgeting.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge in Financial ratios, KPIs, business process& drivers
  • Proficient on MS Office Operation (MS Excel, MS Power Point)
  • Good in change management, coordination & leadership

Corporate Planning Officer
Responsibilities:
  • to assist managers on day to day operations, implementation and or development corporate planning activities, such as: strategic business planning process, annual business planning process, forecasting, month management reporting process, capital budgeting process, and others.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have a good skill analytical capabilities
  • Mastering Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Have the English skills both oral and written
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Can work in a team (team work)
  • Able to work under pressure
HR Administrator
Responsibilities:
  • The first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as employee data, leavers', training, petty cash etc.
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date and accurate
  • Assist in the recruitment process - ie. liaise with recruitment agencies, set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Having experience in administrative jobs
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS-office application
  • Candidates with excellent English communication and writing skills will be preferred
  • Ability in multi-tasking and working as a team
  • Fast paced, organized, self-motivated, high driven, and having strong initiative

Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
  • Fully support design and concept all internal communications Media requirements.
  • Provide ideas and implement for internal communication products and events (Intranet, internal magazine).
  • PIC for Corporate Intranet System & Corporate Affairs Portal.
  • Provide media support for planned and unplanned request.
  • Report all progress and activities to Supervisor - Internal Communications and Sr. Manager - Internal Communications.
  • Continuously thrive to deliver improved Corporate affairs products and events.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent level of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In design, Corel Draw)
  • Experience in using web design and development software (Adobe Dreamweaver & Microsoft SharePoint Designer).
  • Having a good communication & interpersonal skill
  • Having a good writing and editing Skill
  • Driven and great attitude
  • Active, creative and target oriented
