The group has grown substantially and has been the largest privately owned coal mining company in Sumatra area. Currently, we are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as position below:

Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting HRIS activities
  • Processing and reporting HR files
  • Provides internal training to all related user in HRIS
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Mastering Ms.Excel, Database, Networking
  • Having experience to operate Sunfish HRIS will be an advantage
  • Good analytical thinking

Logistic Administrator
Responsibilities:
  • Filing hard copy and soft copy logistic document
  • Weekly report to finance logistic about daily progress
  • Update documentation from port activity
Requirements:
  • Female, Maximum 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree from Accounting or Computerized Accounting
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having experience in coal company or shipping company
  • Having Knowledge about SAP programs
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Human Resources Manager (HRM-7-JS)
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, recommend, and implement HR Department plans to ensure effective allocation of resources consistent with long and short team HR Department objectives consists, of four (4) function as follows: Manpower planning & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations & Personnel Services, and Industrial Relations
  • Responsible for the smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department
  • Review, recommend, and facilitate the implementation of HR procedures and policies that are in line with organization’s business objectives
  • Assist with annual manpower budget, salary reviews, execution of Annual Performance Review, and advising, mediating and ensuring the documentation of staff disciplinary issues with employees, line managers, and HR Department
  • Proactive consultation with both employees and managers to identify and address root causes of issues
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, and/or professional HR qualification
  • At least 7 years of experiences in HR with at least 5 years in managerial capacity for managerial position
  • Having experience in coal mining company will be advantage
  • Excellent knowledge in company regulation and industrial relation in mining company
  • Have knowledge in compensation, benefit, and salary structure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong communicating, influencing, and persuading skills across all levels in the organization
  • Preferably with experience in mergers, acquisitions and IPO
