Requirements:
- Male/ Female max 27 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience in HR field (recruitment, people development, Compensation and benefits, HR General)
- Have knowledge in HR business process
- Familiar with psychological assessment tools & report is a plus point
- Good communication, personality and interpersonal skill
- Computer literate, detail, well organized
- Honest, trustworthy, mature with positive attitude and pro active
- Handling compensation and benefit
- Good command in English, both oral and written
Requirements:
- Male, max 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Geology
- Experience 3 years as same position in coal mining company
- Have a basic knowledge of general geology and coal
- Computer literate in MS Office, AutoCAD, Minescape
- Master to plan drilling point and exploration
- Ability to work in the field and in the office
- Ability to work independently as well as in teamwork
- Good communication skill
Requirements:
- Female, maximum 28 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in law.
- Experience min. 4 years in coal mining industry as Legal
- Able to handle agreement drafting/review, corporate matters, legal documentation control/administration.
- Computer literate
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good communication skill, able to work in team, well organized, hard worker and details.
- Good Health Condition.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing annual mine plan in monthly basis
- Controlling progress of short term mine - long term mine operation (weekly and daily)
- Male, age 25-35 years, posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering / Geology or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, has excellent skill operating mining software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Vulcan, AutoCad and spreadsheets
- Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal - related environment regulation
- Having strong ability in calculation of tools productivity
- Having knowledge in coal geology.
- Mastering in short-term planning & long-term planning
- Have good leadership skill and good attitude
- Ready to work at Site, Lahat & Muara Enim, South Sumatera.
