We were awarded BCA CW02 A1 grade status in 2010. We now operate from our fully owned, specious and well-equipped headquarters at Pandan Crescent, Singapore. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (ES)
Requirements:
- Male / female with max. age of 40 years old
- Possess at least a Diploma holder in Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar position, preferably from mining industry
- Good command English, fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (Tio Ciu & Hokkian dialect is an added advantage)
- Multitasking self-motivated and result oriented person
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent interpersonal skill
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan and travel within Indonesia (if needed)
- Interview will be held at Samarinda, East Kalimantan.

Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree holder in Civil, Mechanical, Mining Engineering from reputable university
- At least 8 years’ experience in large earthworks / civil / mining operations and projects
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan, Indonesia
- Fluency in written and spoken English and a good working knowledge of Bahasa is an added advantage
- Outstanding leadership, self-motivated, result oriented and good people management skills
- Strong ability to ensure cost control in all aspects of coal production
- Good strategic, problem solving and analytical thinking with strong interpersonal skill
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- At least 6 years’ experience of warehouse management, preferably warehouse for construction spare parts, civil project, mining, heavy equipment (excavator, tipper trucks, bulldozers, etc)
- Have a deep understanding in the process of managing warehouse and distribution operations
- Possess a strong knowledge base of OH&S and safety compliance within the industry
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan, Indonesia
- Proficient in English and good working knowledge of Bahasa is an added advantage
- Strong ability to liaise and engage with suppliers or freight companies, etc
- Excellent leadership and communication with good people management skills
