The current oil production is about 14.000 bopd and gas production is about 165 mmscfd are maintained through offshore facilities located Northwest of Madura Island and are supported by an onshore base and gas receiving facilities located in Gresik, East Java. Supervisor Community Development
Responsibilities:
- Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)
- Responsible for developing, planning, implementing, evaluating and coordinating activities and programs of community development due to maintain and improve the relationship with local government authorities as well as local community, in order to support the stability and continuity of company business and operations.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Communication, Political Science, Social Sciences or other related disciplines
- Having minimum 5 years related experience in Community Development area
- Good command in English both written and speaking
- Project & Program Management
- Computer literacy
Responsibilities:
- Work location: PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO)
- To advise and ensure the Company and management to operate the PSC in accordance with the prevailing local and international laws and regulations and policies set by the Company in order to avoid or to minimize adversary legal exposures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Having minimum 2 years related experience with previous channeling to respective Government agencies (BPMIGAS, Migas, etc)
- Having management skills, negotiation & communication skills
- Good command in English both written and speaking

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to all Drilling activities as a delegated Single Point Accountability within the framework of Project Capital Value Process. Integrate drilling key aspect and support resources to perform all drilling activities. Implement appropriate risks and opportunities assessment in order to achieve what as promised in the planning objectives.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree more preferably Technical/Engineering Disciplines
- Minimum 12 years experience in Drilling Operations / Well Services in oil and gas industry, with some supervisory roles
- Proven ability to work with other key subsurface disciplines such as reservoir engineering, geology, geophysics, plus related departments such as Supply Chain Management, Projects, Operations and Production
- Good command in English both written and speaking
- Computer literacy
