Finance And Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan and control the execution for budget usage
- Ensure the financial resources to support the operational activities
- Ensure tax payment and reporting is done accurately, on timely manner and comply with the regulations
- Develop finance and accounting system and procedures to ensure all transactions is following the right process
- Lead finance and accounting team and holds responsibility for team development growth
- Having experience at least 10 years finance and accounting role in big and well known companies.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in managerial level and proven exposure on managing team
- Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill
- Willing to be located at site.
Responsibilities:
- Construct a system of remuneration in accordance with its business strategy with respect to Fairness Internal, External Competitive and Governance / Compliance Regulations
- Implement job evaluation
- Coordinate the implementation of new policies and procedures socialization relating to development in the company's remuneration system
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Perform and control day to day treasury activities.
- Prepare and monitoring all treasury activities.
- Making daily journal transaction.
- Perform other related accounting and finance duties
- Male/ Female with maximum 28 years of age
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from Accounting or Finance.
- Having experience 3years experience as treasury staff or finance accounting Staff(preferably from public accountant and mining company).
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Having knowledge about tax.
- Having knowledge about cash management and budgeting.
- Having good planning, good interpersonal and communication skill with all level in organization, target oriented, and good analytical thinking.
