Responsibilities:
- Implementation of safety program
- Safety Coordinator
- Personal Protective, electrical, mechanical and construction system
- Incident / accident Reporting and investigation system
- Safety Management System
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): job safety analysis, accident investigation training, Isolation and Lock Out.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Melak, Kutai Barat.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Control system administration for land compensation activities
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of land compensation
- Response to various land compensation claim and issues
- Reporting
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Land Compensation is required for this position, especially in coal mining and having experience to deal with indigenous people
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kutai Barat (Melak).
- Having good knowledge about legal issues in coal mining-affairs
- Have guiding Land-Comp processes as SOP & Law
- Having good negotiation skill
