1. Procurement Department Head
Job Responsibilities:
- Build, conduct and develop vendor selection processes and make purchasing decisions for strategic goods or services for inbound and outbound areas for procurements related to affiliated companies within the Adaro Group, by working cross-functional within the company, as well as performing contract management for support the achievement of the organization's overall business goals.
- Negotiating, especially for goods or services that are strategic in nature and preparing terms and conditions to be agreed upon by both parties.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships and conduct strategic vendor development programs
- Ensure that the process of making contracts with vendors runs in accordance with applicable SOPs and supervises and controls contracts so that the procurement of goods/services can be completed on time
Job Requirements:
- Have 8 years experience
- Have a good understanding in the field of procurement, especially related to contract management
- Have good management and negotiation skill
2. Domestic Marketing Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing marketing responsibilities as per assigned to achieve annual sales targets as well as to develop and maintain portfolio of domestic customers.
- Deliver & Demonstrated the operational excellence to achieve targets in line with corporate objectives.
- Maintain and assist the development of high values customer relationships through continuous interaction with clients.
- Conduct analysis current issues and anticipate potential problems related to marketing activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Bachelor Degree in Management / Marketing / Business / Engineering/ others with min GPA of 3.0
- Fresh graduate / Have min 2 year working experience related to marketing
- Good command/ fluent in English or other language
- Having a positive can do attitude, adaptive, resilience and able to work as teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
